Introducing Carrie, Scrapper Supreme!

I would like to take this opportunity to begin introducing you to my new Guest Creative Team. I have a wonderful bunch of ladies working with me, and from time to time, I want to introduce them to you and show off some of their fabulous work!

First up, is Carrie. Here's a little and question and answer time I had with Carrie to help use get to know her better.

da - So, Carrie, what is your favorite element to scrap with?

ch - I love cardboard, and ribbons, wrap around and folded ribbons.

da - How long have you been digi scrapping?

ch - Two and a half years

da - What do you eat for breakfast?

ch - coffee :)

da - What time of day do you usually scrap?

ch - Early in the morning and late at night

da - Who is your favorite designer right now?

ch - I don't really have a favorite. I've been window shopping at Nitwit Creations, lately though. And Kaye Miller is fabulous.

da - How old are you?

ch - 31

da - How many peeps in your family?

ch - Two little ones

da - Do you usually print out your layouts?

ch - Nope. I'm saving them up till I'm rich. Although I did just win a Shutterfly photo book from PDW, and I've had a blast putting that together. I can't wait till it comes!

da - What is the one scrap item you cannot resist?

ch - Ribbons, folded, crumpled, wrapped around, etc.

da - Do you wear shoes when you scrap?

ch - Never

da - Show us your favorite layout, and tell us why it means so much to you.

ch - I had these wonderful pictures of my daughter peeking out at me from inside the lilac bush . . . and I knew I wanted to do something with a journal . I was very very pleased with how it turned out. I can still pull it up when I need to look at something and think . . . I guess I can create something beautiful, LOL.

Aren't those just beautiful! Carrie is a very talented scrapper, and I'm so blessed to have her on my team. I hope you will look for her work in the galleries, and you can find even more of her treasures here at her DST gallery.

Based on the graphic designs you see in magazines, these templates will give your pages a nice clean appearance, and they can be dressed up or down as much as you want. Where's the Love?

I have to say, I'm just a little disappointed. I've noticed that my Insomnia alpha has been dowloaded over 75 times in two days . . . and yet, only 2 people have taken time to leave a comment. That's not right, folks.


It takes a alot of my time (and other designers as well) to come up with fun designs to give you as gifts, to help you enjoy digi scrapping. But it only takes a couple seconds to leave a comment for that designer to show your appreciation. Makes me sad.

Ok, that's my sermon for the day. Anyway, I've got another addition to the Insomnia Collection, this is Volume 3 of the paper packs.
